I understand and agree that if, in the judgment of the Branson’s Skaggs Classic tournament director, or designee, adverse weather conditions or other occurrences or conditions beyond the control of the sponsor of the Branson’s Skaggs Classic renders commencement or continuance of the Tournament impractical then, in any of the such events, the Tournament may be postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, whichever be deemed appropriate by the Branson’s Skaggs Classic tournament director, or designee; and, the sponsor will have no obligation to refund any portion of the entry fee remitted herewith by reason of any such postponement, rescheduling or cancellation.
